Student Handbook Refund

If you paid for the handbook and haven't received it, the ₦3,000 refund is being processed. Go to the college office and state your case, and your money will be refunded.

College and departmental registration

Pay School Fees

Ensure your school fees are fully paid and reflected on the portal before proceeding.

College Registration (COCIS Office)

Visit the COCIS office in the Admin block. Submit your college registration form and pay the ₦15,000 COCIM due to the college's Sterling Bank account.

Department Registration

Pay the ₦20,000 Departmental due to the department's Sterling Bank account. Submit your registration form to the departmental officer.

Documents to Bring (for college & department submission)

After paying both fees, bring photocopies of the following:

College fee and department fee receipts (printed after paying in steps 2 and 3)
Caleb University and JAMB admission letters (JAMB admission letter must be coloured)
WAEC or NECO/GCE results
JAMB result
Birth certificate
One passport photograph
